So I don’t think I have ever talked to so many strangers in my life…I hear things everyday such as: WHOA…you are about to go!, not too much longer!, you MUST be having a BOY!, CONGRATULATIONS! …I have realized that the world is a nicer place than I had maybe thought
How far along? 36 weeks on Sunday May 13, 2012
Weight gain/loss: +23.4
Size of baby: a watermelon…I will believe that one
Maternity clothes? indeed
Stretch marks: nope
Belly Button in or out? neutral
Sleep: when Matias has a lot on his mind he sleep “does stuff.” “does stuff” like making a fruit salad with a bunch of bananas, running around the room, crawling on the floor, looking under tables, crushing jars of jam, etc…all while asleep…I believe Daddy is starting to get nervous/anxious/excited because it has gotten pretty wild and crazy over here at night!
Food cravings: sprinkles
Food aversions: GARLIC (not a pregnancy thing)
Pregnancy Signs: really starting to feel some lower pelvic pressure…maybe baby P is getting lower
Labor Signs: braxton hicks contractions are more frequent…at least I think that is what is going on? could just be baby P pushing out really strong and hard?
Movement: lots of rumbles
Gender: BOY…and even if we had decided not to find out…that is what everyone is saying…
What I miss: Sarah. Her and Brendan went on vacation to Italy! I do hope they have a lovely time
What I am looking forward to: memorial weekend = moving weekend!
Best moment this week: seeing lots of swim friends for a workout on Wednesday morning! All of the pools around keep closing for maintenance so my masters group has been scattered all over. The good news is that I have TWO new pool crushes…Yorktown High School and Mount Vernon Rec…perfect temps (the most important criteria), lane space, etc…I am a bit of a pool snob
Milestones: I had my first Mother’s Day last Sunday! I had not really thought of it as a Mother’s Day until everyone started telling me Happy Mother’s Day! cool…I will take it
Weekly Wisdom: Does this baby make me look fat?!
Going the Distance: baby P has swam: 406.50 miles, biked: 1276.48 miles, walk/ran: 82.50 miles, and done: 50 hot yogs classes

This is so exciting!! I’m totally living vicariously through you still. If you need any help during moving day, it would give me an excuse to see you. I’ll bring Sprinkles! All my love. I’ll send you good thoughts in the hot room today!
